Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mercha account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
